This tuna pasta recipe is one of my go to recipe whenever I need to cook something fast, tasty and healthy. I takes not longer than 15 minutes to cook and be ready to serve and it scales very well in case you do have guests.
It is my personal recipe developed over the years and it contains some of my most loved ingredients: tuna, pasta, tomatoes and chilli. I prefer to prepare this tuna pasta recipe with Fusilli, Penne or Conchiglie, but whatever type of pasta you will choose for this recipe, the taste will still be great.
For one portion add 1/4 of the quantity on a plate. Top it with grated parmesan and add it basil leaves.
This tuna pasta keeps well in the fridge and you can serve it cold as well the next day. Just add it in a box and it makes a great lunch to take at work or school.
If you have this tuna pasta woth tomato sauce for dinner then I have to tell you that a rich red wine like Cabernet Sauvignon works just perfect with it.
